You can shutdown the mesmer from the beginning O_o
He just sits there all match  What you do is, well, you shoot him with a longbow from the beginning, so the timer doesn't set off. And then he gives up XD Fun stuff |

You can also kill him outright without activating timer with a long/flat so you can get a faster time.

i didnt want anet to see this lol!! but meh.. use a long bow to hit the meser or necro watver spawns closer then when hes almost dead charge in and the npc's will just sit down and do nuthing
